Meet Chef Kimihou
Chef Kimberly “Kimihou” Bryant is a wife, mom, chef, educator, mentor and friend. She is on a mission to inspire the next generation of sweet makers to rise above their circumstances and create amazing works of art. Her motto has always been to make memorable desserts for life’s memorable moments and she’s sharing that same drive with young and aspiring chefs. Chef Kimihou is based in metro Atlanta and offers a number of classes for young people.
Chef Kimberly “Kimihou” Bryant is a certified pastry chef, with an undergraduate degree in Organizational Communications and a masters in Education. Her course curriculums are created with her audience in mind. All youth courses are designed to challenge and encourage the fundamentals of working with various aspects of sugar art. She encourages everyone to explore the depths of their creative by creating amazing desserts. Her adult courses will push the boundaries of what you may not think is possible. The Chef Kimihou online course experience pulls the knowledge that she acquired as an entrepreneur for the past decade and gives business owners practical steps that can be immediately applied to their businesses to yield positive results.

My desire is to not only inspire incredibly talented young people, but to encourage those that may not be able to fully immerse themselves into the field of culinary arts. My hope is that young people who want to excel in something will have the time, space, and outlet to do so. My heart’s desire will be fulfilled with we can bring a fantasy to reality for young sweet makers that want to be giants in the culinary arts field.
